The construction of the observation tower on the Königstuhl marks the beginning of the tourist development of Heidelberg's local mountain.

Ueberle family

The married couple Philipp and Ilka Ueberle and Fritz and Nicolette run the hotel together. The hoteliers are true Heidelberg veterans. The brothers have 25 years of gastronomic experience and have successfully managed the Bootshaus restaurant, the Hotel Auerstein and the Deutscher Kaiser in Heidelberg.
